Why does Chic's label say Tequila Liqueur?

By the Mexican Tequila Regulation, the nomination of tequila is with the original agave flavor. Since natural flavors are added to this product, they request we use the word liqueur. But Chic's is made with 100% tequila and natural flavors.

CHIC'S ALMOND CREPES SAUCE

(Fine Dessert, Almonds & Almond Chic's Tequilais the perfect combination)

2 crepes(already made per serving)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup of Chic' Almond flavor tequila
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 piece of fresh orange

Combine 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 1/4 cup of Chic's Almond flavor tequila, the juice of 1/2 orange, 2 tablespooons of sugar, and the julienne zest of 1 small orange in an 8" skillet. Cook for 3 minutes over medium high heat, then fold in 2 store bought crepes, cook 3 more minutes. Serve: Over flat plate spread the remaining dressing, place the piece of fresh orange and put the cooked crepes folded over and serve hot.

CHIC'S ALMOND PORK CHOPS

(Fine dining? You cannot go wrong with this dish)

4-6 pieces of 1 1/4" thick pork chops
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup of Chic's Almond Tequila
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients (except pork chops) in medium size saucepan. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, whisking to make smooth.(Refrigerate, covered, for up to 8 hours)
Brush glaze over 1 1/4" thick pork chops on bone. (1/4 pound each) Grill or broil 6 to 7 minutes per side (internal temperature registers 160 degrees) serve with sauteed carrots and snow peas. (Glaze also good brushed over chicken and fish)
